ReadyMed Medical Solutions is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can access our services and information. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.

What We Have Done

• Semantic HTML with correct landmarks and a logical heading order on every page.
• A “skip to content” link, and full keyboard operability — including menus, dialogs, tabs and forms.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Text and interface colours checked for sufficient contrast.
• Meaningful alternative text on images that convey information.
• Form fields with visible labels, clear instructions and accessible error messages.
• Motion that respects your reduced motion system setting — animations are removed rather than merely shortened.
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and that support browser zoom.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility conformance is reviewed as part of our development process, and we test with keyboard navigation and automated tooling. Some third-party content, or documents supplied by outside organisations, may not yet meet the same standard. Where that is the case we will provide the information in an accessible format on request.
